House Exchange

I am offering my beautifully renovated home for a house exchange.

The house has been completely renovated from top to bottom and everything is new, including the kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub.

There is also a new veranda.

Preferences

I am looking for a similar house (not an apartment), preferably spacious with multiple rooms and a garden, in a different neighborhood than where I currently live.

It is important that not much more work needs to be done on the house.
